Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings requirement is a current debit card or credit card
  • Cancelation for in-house dining is 1 day notice
  • Cancellation accommodation is up to 48 hours prior to booking date
  • Check in from 2pm – 6pm
  • Checkout is at 12 noon, baggage room for storage is available
  • Children share facilities in parents room
  • Damages should be reported for immediate repair
  • Food – takeaway food can be eaten in our dining room or in our outdoor areas – not in guest rooms, any waste food is disposed in our kitchen waste food bins, not in general purpose bins.
  • No show will be charges the first nights total charge
  • Personal data collected by The Keepers Arms from you will be treated under the Data Protection Act & will not be shared with a third party
  • Pets are accepted with the policy of bring your dogs bed
  • Rooms are non-smoking – designated smoking area is at the rear of the building
  • Rooms not checked in by 9pm are charged as no show & will be re sold
  • Travel insurance is recommended
  • We will not accept the responsibility for any damages to vehicle in our off road car park for visitors
  • We will not accept the responsibility for valuables.
